This project encompassed the planning and design, precision manufacturing, and on-site installation and testing of specialist safety doors for nuclear power plant facilities. The doors are required to meet stringent nuclear safety standards, incorporating protection against radiation leakage, resistance to external projectile impact, and high-level waterproofing and fire resistance performance, ensuring the highest degree of operational safety for the plants.
In response to the construction requirements of Taiwan's nuclear power plants, nuclear facilities are subject to strict statutory requirements for building isolation and disaster protection. To prevent the spread of radioactive materials and to withstand potential emergency events or external impacts, the doors must simultaneously satisfy both waterproofing and fire resistance standards — necessitating an integrated specialist door protection solution.
